About AAU Cares
The AAU strives to provide athletes with first-class athletic opportunities but, beyond the athletic surface, we strongly believe in instilling a sense of social responsibility in our 800,000 members nationwide. AAU Cares is our way of giving back to the community.
New Jersey AAU Taekwondo is proud to partner with Joseph M. Sanzari Children's Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center for our 2025 AAU Cares Initiative.

How can you help?
NJ AAU Taekwondo is working with Hackensack Meridian to donate unopened toys, books, art supplies, etc. to the Children's Hospital. You can get involved by shopping our Amazon Wishlist, which is linked below. Items purchased through Amazon will be sent directly to us. If you would like to purchase from the Wishlist and deliver them to the tournament on May 17th, please be sure to change the address at check out. We will have an AAU Cares location set up at the State Championship for physical donations. Not sure what to purchase? We will also be collecting monetary donations at the tournament and will do the shopping for you!
